Recently, I moved to the new Outlook from Outlook Classic. I have just noticed that I can not drag and drop emails between different inboxes.
I checked all the setting options, but I could not find and related configurations.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? It is really frustrating for me and I had to go back to the classic version.

This is a complicated issue related to the poor development of the new office. As usual, Microsoft has published incomplete software that is full of bugs.
Unfortunately, there is no definitive answer to your issue. I have compiled a list of solutions posted by different people on various forums since 2016. You can find my article below:
Although I don't use Windows or MS Office Suite, I noticed after some testing that the new Outlook (released in 2024) has problems with folders marked as 'Favorite' from different email addresses in some installations.
For example, if you have marked both the inbox from [email protected] and the inbox from [email protected] as favorites. If you then try to move an email between these two folders in the favorites Folders section, the new Outlook will not allow it. However, If you try to move the same email. between the main folders. (and not those in the favorites section). It will work.
I am not sure why!
I also noticed this issue in the enterprise version of Office 365.
This is despite it being perfectly possible in Outlook Classic. This suggests that the issue is most probably not related to a configuration in your local Outlook or the mail server.
For now, I would recommend using the classic version of Outlook, as the new version is extremely buggy and lacks many features compared to the classic version.
